SUPER SATURDAY - WEEK 4

It was a great weekend of Super Saturday action last weekend. We kicked off on Friday night at the Year 5 Basketball, then onto Year 4 Rugby Union. On Saturday, our Year 3 staff went out to Findlay Park to watch multiple soccer games.

LISMORE DIOCESE ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIPS

A huge day on the athletics track this Tuesday, as our athletics team competes at the Lismore Diocese Athletics Championships in Coffs Harbour. If the event is postponed due to the current wet weather, we will notify all families via Compass.

REGIONAL FINALS TIME

Our Netball Team is ready to compete at the Netball schools Cup Regional Finals in Port Macquarie this Tuesday. If the team wins the day, they will then travel to Sydney for the NSW State Finals.

HASTINGS ZONE GALA DAY

NEW DATE: Wednesday 27th August

Unfortunately, due to the wet weather, this week’s Netball and Soccer Gala Day was postponed. Weather permitting - new date is Wednesday 27th August.

TOUCH FOOTBALL GALA DAY

All Year 3 and 4 students have been learning the skills of Touch Football in the lead up to their Gala Day on Wednesday, September 3. It has been fantastic to see so many students having a wonderful time as they learn a new set of skills. A Compass Consent and Payment has been sent to parents and closes on 2nd September.

RUGBY LEAGUE TRIALLING

We will commence our Rugby League Trials in Week 6. A huge thank you to Mr Nolland and Mr Bright, who will be training and coaching the Years 3 and 4 Teams, and Mr Rowlatt and Mr Duffy, who will be training and coaching the Years 5 and 6 Team. 

Trials will be:

Wednesday- Years 3 and 4

Thursday- Years 5 and 6
